Ruby red colour with violet hues, intense aroma of red fruits, especially berries, plum and blackcurrant bouquet of dried flowers and light spicy notes on the finish.
On the palate a perfect balance between soft components and a very lively tannin.
Excellent with pasta dishes seasoned with red meat sauces, with roasted meats and stews.
Combines well with game, cheeses and sausages with medium seasoning.
In steel containers and then in the bottle
Best served at a temperature of 14° – 16°
